Follow Your Dream, Day #298: Dance Wherever You May Be

This is dance captain Andrea Papp-Krén performing the Lord of the Dance yoga pose.

Self-isolation does not mean self-abandonment. Just as a butterfly emerges from a chrysalis, so too can you use this time, cocooned, to grow and develop.

Following your dream isn't always easy. If it were, everyone would do it. Instead, to paraphrase Thoreau, most people live their whole lives with their song trapped inside them.

Let that song out. Find that inner child and dance once more.

The world is a place fraught with uncertainty and tension. You can't control the events happening around you, but you *can* control how you react to them.

If you're able to do so, roll up your sleeves and dust off that dream of yours.

Dance when nobody's watching so you're ready to dance when *everybody's* watching.
