Follow Your Dream, Day #531: Quarantine Day #6 Recap -- with Jim Murrihy!

Planet Ireland, and everyone in it, is the Little Spirit's dream. But what happens if you put the Little Spirit in quarantine? What does her dream look like then? To find out, we're trying something a bit different with today's recap video from Day #6 of our Taiwan quarantine, using #LordOfTheDance Cathal Keaney's haunting piano arrangement of Warriors and a unique quarantine dance from Little Spirit Jessica Aquila Judge as the setting for what turned out to be a surprisingly wistful video.

The latest mystery OG to provide words of encouragement to the #FeetOfFlames troupe is none other than Jim Murrihy! Jim's an exceptionally well-known name in the commercial #IrishDance world -- a legend amongst a team of fellow legends from that all-star 1996 team handpicked by Michael Flatley. We're incredibly grateful to Jim and every other OG Troupe member who's participated in sending video messages of encouragement to the men and women of Team Lord, many of whom are newly-minted professional Irish dancers on their very first tour.

(What's particularly impressive, as you've seen in Dance For Hope II and now in more individual detail with both Dearbhla Lennon and now Jim, is that every single OG can still throw down the end-line steps from Lord of the Dance like no time has passed at all. Seeing as how next year is the 25th anniversary year of Lord of the Dance, that's...interesting.)

Today's video recap footage is provided by Cathal Keaney, Jessica Aquila Judge, Erin Learmont, Nicole Kelly, Gillian Monaghan, Ellie-Mae Grace Wheeler, Dearbhla Casey, Amber Murphy, Katie McClafferty, and Lauren Clarke.

T-minus ten days to the first onstage rehearsal.

Feet of Flames: December 2020.
